Balding for Dollars, in partnership with the BC Children's Hospital Foundation, raises funds to support programs for oncology, hematology, and bone marrow transplant patients and families in BC. All funds go toward improving patients' quality of life before, during, and after treatment, and suitable hair donations are used to create wigs for kids.

Your donation will help fund a variety of programs, including patient and family support initiatives, childhood cancer research, survivor and sibling education bursaries, teen adventures and parent retreats. Thanks to your donations, kids can enjoy a fun break from hospital life and families can receive some relief from the everyday stresses of caring for their child with cancer. Your support may also cover the cost of essential medical supplies not covered by health insurance, services offered in memorial of past patients and other related expenses.
